So my work out for hawaii was halted when I woke up and couldn't walk....I broke my freaking foot! Ok so it was just a really bad stress fracture...but it still hurt, so I have not worked out since that last post b/c I couldn't even walk to my mail box with out pain! So tomorrow morning the gym is first priority!

So this was my puppy I bought in fort collins... But did it with out telling steve... Needless to say he didn't let me keep coco so my friend took her and has given her a great home! She was one pound and a shitzu yorkie! She was such a good dog!
