house!

We have been working like horses trying to get our new house liveable! When we moved it it had all white walls and old nasty light fixtures and blinds that looked like they had seen one to many days. I am so sad we forgot to take before and afters, every time we started a project we were so excited that we just forgot! These pictures are not very good, the house turned out really hard to photograph!

we still have a bit of work to do with hanging things on the walls and window coverings but I haven't had time to even think about that!
we only two things we sacrificed in this house was the second bathroom is SMALL, and hardly and closet space! its a good thing the basement is unfinished and all our stuff can go down there!



I want to refinish the cabinets to either cream or a really dark brown, and get new counter tops, but that's way to much to even think about doing right now!
This is Steve's HUGE couch! he picked it out himself! He did a great job! its so nice to cuddle with Khloe and Buddy and watch movies all day:-) Every time I used to see a fireplace "hidden" and not the center of the room, or covered with kids toys I got soo annoyed because I have always wanted one, i am now the one "covering" the fireplace with toys and a HUGE couch!
